Need to Verify an Employee’s Credential?

If you are an employer/agency and wish to verify a practitioner’s certification, please click on the link below.

Email notifications will be sent to the employer email address specified.

There is a $25 fee for verification.  We will confirm the credential requested. [Free for Military/Veteran request]

Please note: the NBCOS will verify the following: ROT, ROT-SC, OAP, TCC, OPE-C, OPE-SC.

We do NOT verify the following: OTC, Surgical Assist, Nursing, Occupational or Physical Therapy

Please follow the steps below:

1. If you are requesting one of the above credentials listed, please CLICK HERE to provide details and process $25 admin fee

2. Once payment is submitted, our support team will confirm the credential(s) to be verified via email (i.e., name, certification date, expiration date etc)

3.  Please allow 2-3 business days for email delivery.

4. If you have a document to be completed, please send via email to support@nbcos.org .
